Integration

HubSpot Integration

Sync subscription status, MRR, and invoice data bidirectionally between Flexprice and HubSpot CRM. RevOps gets live billing context inside the tools they already use.

Getting started

Connect Flexprice billing events to HubSpot deal and contact records. When a customer upgrades a plan, fails a payment, or crosses a usage threshold, HubSpot sees it immediately.

1

Connect HubSpot via OAuth

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot. Click 'Connect HubSpot' and authorize Flexprice to access your HubSpot portal. Flexprice requests read/write access to Contacts, Companies, and Deals.

2

Map customer fields

Match Flexprice customer IDs to HubSpot Contact or Company records. Use email as the default matching key, or map a custom property if your HubSpot data uses internal IDs.

3

Configure sync rules

Choose which Flexprice events trigger HubSpot updates: plan changes, invoice payments, dunning failures, and subscription cancellations. Each event type maps to a HubSpot deal stage or property update.

4

Set up notifications

Configure HubSpot workflow triggers on Flexprice billing events. For example, trigger a CSM follow-up sequence when a customer's monthly spend crosses a threshold or when a payment fails.

Give RevOps live billing context

Available on Growth and Enterprise plans. The OAuth connection takes under five minutes once you have a Flexprice account.
