Integration

Salesforce Integration

Flexprice pushes billing data directly into Salesforce custom objects and opportunity fields. Sales, RevOps, and Finance all work from the same billing truth.

Getting started

Push live billing data from Flexprice into Salesforce custom objects. Sales, RevOps, and Finance stop maintaining separate spreadsheets and work from a single billing source of truth.

1

Install the Flexprice Salesforce package

Download the managed package from the Flexprice dashboard under Settings > Integrations > Salesforce. Install into your Salesforce org (sandbox first, then production). The package creates custom objects for Subscriptions, Invoices, and Usage Summaries.

2

Configure API credentials

Generate a Salesforce Connected App client ID and secret. Enter these in the Flexprice integration settings. Flexprice uses OAuth 2.0 server-to-server flow — no user session required for sync.

3

Map accounts and contacts

Match Flexprice customers to Salesforce Accounts by email domain or custom external ID. Existing opportunity records are matched by CRM ID stored in Flexprice customer metadata.

4

Configure field mappings

Map Flexprice metrics (MRR, event volume, plan name) to standard or custom Salesforce fields. Sync frequency is configurable from hourly to real-time via webhooks for critical billing state changes.
